[ PROJECTS - Expansive Picket Fencing for a Grand Property]
Expansive Picket Fencing for a Grand Property
What the Job Was
The project, involved a comprehensive fencing solution for a newly acquired property set in approximately 4 acres of land, featuring a stream at its boundary. The primary goal was to ensure safety, particularly for the grandchildren of the homeowners. The project required the installation of new picket fencing alongside the stream, replacement of an old fence atop a wall, and the creation of a distinct parking area separated from the back garden.
How It Was Achieved
uPVC Fencing Ltd. embarked on this ambitious project by first replacing the old picket fence on top of the wall, ensuring it was securely screwed into place. Along the stream, a 3-foot high picket fence was installed, complete with gates, and a balustrade fence was added to the bridge for enhanced safety and aesthetics. For the parking area, which could accommodate around 20 cars, Cascade panels with a lattice top were installed. This 200-foot-long fence, featuring a pair of double gates, effectively separated the parking area from the back garden. Additionally, at the customer’s request, the team utilised a mini digger on site to lay down 45 tons of gravel, further enhancing the usability and appearance of the space.
Customer Satisfaction
The client was highly satisfied with the outcome. The comprehensive fencing solution not only met their safety requirements but also added significant aesthetic and functional value to the property. The customer appreciated the attention to detail, the team’s ability to handle the large scale of the project, and the extra effort in laying down the gravel, showcasing uPVC Fencing Ltd.’s commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
